Bottletrees at Buderim

Plans have now been approved for a 1000sqm local convenience centre located on the corner of Stringybark Rd and Goshawk Bvld in Buderim and construction is set to commence in August 2009. The site will serve the local community with a variety of tenants once complete.

Pandanus at Atrium

The exciting first stage of Habitat's $100m integrated community comprising 266 lifestyle-homes and apartments. Pandanus consists of 38 x 3 & 4 Bedroom Townhomes adjacent to 7ha of parklands and within 200m of the University of the Sunshine Coast. Construction commenced in April 2009 and released for sale in May with a number of units already sold.
