The Habitat Diddillibah – A 50 hectare site strategically located within 5km of the Key Regional Centre of Maroochydore. This site was acquired for an environmentally sustainable Master Planned Community. Designed by Guymer Bailey architects, the proposal includes a golf course, educational, commercial, retail and residential uses set around a central lake system..

The Enclave - Retail Precinct

Plans are with council for the development of a local convienience site located on the corner of Stringybark Rd and Goshawk Bvld. in Buderim. The site will serve the local community with a variety of tenants once complete.
