65 Sippy Downs Drive, Sippy Downs

Habitat acquired another 3.33 Ha in the Sippy Downs Town Centre in January 2008 with current plans set to eclipse Habitat's Buderim project; Atrium.   Plans have been lodged with council and an approval is expected by mid to late 2009.   The Town Centre will also include a number of significant retail and commercial offerings on land directly adjacent to Habitat's site; with Woolworths recently lodging plans for approx 25,000sqm of retail and commercial space.
