Pandanus at Atrium

The first stage of Habitat's $100m Master Planned Community, Atrium,  is now complete and 100% sold out.  Pandanus includes 38 x 3 & 4 Bedroom Townhomes.   

 

 

 

Bottletrees at Buderim

The shopping centre has now been completed and is open for trading.  Tenants include an Italian Restaurant, French Cafe & Bakery, Sushi operator and 24 Hour Gym.  Coming soon is a local Convieniece Store and Bottleshop.  The centre is 1000sqm in total. 

 

 

The Enclave - Underwood

An integrated development designed by McKerrell Architects featuring 57 townhomes.  The complex is 100% sold and rentals have been very strong with a vacancy rate of less than 1%.   

 

 

 

The Enclave - Buderim

A boutique development designed by award winning architects Bligh Voller Nield; The Enclave comprises 37 lifestyle-homes.  These were sold in 3 weeks and completedly rented in 4 weeks upon completion. 

 

Cascades

Cascades – A boutique development comprising 16 duplexes; completed in 2006. The units sold well and have enjoyed good capital and rental growth since completion. 
     

The Springs

A subdivision comprising 54 residential allotments was completed in 2004. The lots sold very well and now command a premium in the area due to the high level of amenity and landscaping provided by Habitat. 

 

 

Current Developments

 

Atrium

Habitat's exciting $100m integrated community comprising 305 townhomes and apartments is under construction. The project is directly opposite Woolworths' proposed $150m Sippy Downs Shopping Centre and 200m from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Woolworths have advised council they would like to commence construction in 2011; with the intention of trading by 2013.    

 

 

 

Melaleuca

The exciting next stage of Atrium comprises 40 x 1 & 2 Bedroom units; set against a tranquil 7ha of parklands reserve and opposite the future Sippy Downs Town Centre.  Melaleuca offers investors exceptional value for money starting from a low $269,000. 

Construction is commencing in Nov 2010 with completion in late 2011.

Sippy Downs West Neighbourhood Precinct

Habitat acquired a 3.33 Ha in the Sippy Downs Town Centre in January 2008 with current plans set to eclipse Habitat's Atrium project.   The site has now received a Development Approval and plans are being drafted for approximately 400 dwellings  directly opposite the 2Ha Sippy Downs parkland reserve and the proposed 25000sqm Woolworths & Big W anchored shopping centre.
