The Springs at Buderim

The Springs at Buderim – A Master Planned Community planned and developed on a 20 hectare site opposite the Sippy Downs Town Centre on the Sunshine Coast. More than 7ha was designated as parkland to Maroochy Shire Council, and walking tracks and interpretive signage were included for the benefit of the local community. The first stage comprising 54 residential allotments was completed in 2004.
